● Leveraged storytelling to earn recognitions from Inc. 5000’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America, Portland Business Journal’s 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies, Most Admired Companies, and Innovation in Corporate Philanthropy.
● Co-led company’s rebranding efforts, designing and implementing brand identity initiatives such as voice and tone guidelines, brand architecture articulation, brand book, and internal and external communication use cases to solidify brand positioning.
● Led staff restructuring from a 3-client vertical to a 7-group resourcing model to drive efficiency and profitability.

● Managed department operations, including resourcing based on client projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $3M.
● Renamed department (from Content to Writing), defined style guide in a brand book, and created production templates.
